Dinner tonight Pot roast ☺ Piece of beef 6xFrench onions Baby carrots 1/2 a bolb of garlic 1 chilli halved 1 glass red wine 1 ltr beef stock 3 bay leaves Brown meat really well or it can go a bit dry. Brown everything else and deglaze fry pan with red wine ( for about 5 mins) add it all to the slow cooker and cook on slow for 6-8 hrs. This is ine of the best things i do in the sc... enjoy 😊
