Disclaimer: I live in Idaho, USA. Ibe been a season ticket holder for the last 6 seasons($875 per year), I donate my ticket to the Club to give to a charity every other week. I buy at least one set of the Hoops each year($120) to give to a friend or donate to the local thrift shop. Not saying Im a good person, just get strange looks when Im the only person walking around in a Celtic top and if it leads one person to begin supporting Celtic then weve all won. It saddens me to do this, but the extremely negative posts about all things Celtic in this group have reached a level Im not comfortable with any longer. I love everything do with Celtic, and since Im an American, I fully support freedom of speech. But I also enjoy my right not to have to read nonsense. Im leaving the group, not because I dont agree with what is being said, but because of the level to which a lot of these posts have stooped. Neil Lennon left because the board wouldnt support his idea of where the team should be competitive. The board are running the club as a business, which sorry to say, in this day and age, it is. Ronny is the guy who is lucky enough to replace Neil. We, as currently, the self-proclaimed best fans in the world, owe Ronny our support. Hows the song go? We dont care if we win, lose or draw... Yeah right. Ronny isnt the board, who arent mentioned in the song by the way. This team needs a complete overhaul and we have very little money to work with. Look at Man U and be glad we arent in a league where have no chance to compete at the moment. Maybe Celtic should announce a share issue every 3 months to gather enough cash to sign 6 new players to fit Ronnys style in January. This club was founded to help people in need, not to supply trophies for glory hunting fans. Everything is cyclical, Ronny will find his way or he wont. Celtic will remain. Celtic is not the board, Celtic is not the team. Celtic is all of us, and right now, Celtic is sinking to a level of negativity I want nothing to do with. Ill leave with this thought. Ask not what Celtic can do for you, ask what you can do for Celtic. Jake Hansen
