Dispelling the securitisation myth: Everyone keep talking, asking about and demanding the banks involvement in securitisation, some are asking for the “wet ink” bit of paper. They are all long gone, in your contract it is well stated about the banks ability / rights to securitise your loan. And here is the simple point, using the Central Banks C o C = did they write to you, did they inform you, that is where we should be and what we should be asking.
