Do I really need to EXERCISE? You should do some type of exercise at least four times a week. A good rule of thumb is to not go more than two days without some type of exercise. Remember, if you have not exercised in a while start slow and gradually build up. Weather permitting walk outdoors and get a little sunshine. Incorporate a combination of cardio AND strength training into your exercise routine. Maybe take up a sport like tennis, basketball, ping pong, swimming to add variety to your exercise routine.
