Do I understand it correctly that it is the Board of Directors that elects/replaces the CEO? And, isnt *every* member of the MB BOD somehow part of the DeMoulas family? So, really, shouldnt the BOD be the focus of our attention? While I whole heartedly agree the CEOSs the BOD has in place have to go, I think we need to concentrate on who can actually make that happen. We need to know names, addresses etc. of the Board Members (if my understanding is incorrect, please educate me). Thanks.
