Do you believe in the Law of Equivalent Exchange? If you are - TopicsExpress

Do you believe in the Law of Equivalent Exchange? If you are not aware of what this is I will try to explain. In order to create something, something of equal value must be lost. There are times when something is taken from you that doesnt have a dollar sign or value attached to it. How can one be compensated for their pain and suffering? This is the reason why we have Tort Laws. RED Pill... Now let me explain something to you. Tort Laws are not concerned with your pain and suffering. Didnt we go over this when I explained that Rules and Laws are designed, solely, to control and predict behavior? Life isnt fair. Tort Laws use Punitive and Exemplary damages to punish the defendant thus discouraging them from repeating their transgression. Now it doesnt take a genius to figure out that strong Tort Laws diametrically opposes Supply-Side Economics which guarantees that income is distributed upwards. In other words they want to cap the amount you can win in a lawsuit against doctors and corporations. Who cares if all of Amtraks employees die of cancer or if Mayflowers employees repeatedly get ran over by faulty 18 wheelers. So what if shareholders get screwed by some corporate fat rat! Damn the People, we have to protect BIG BUSINESS!!!!! Republicans will talk about Tort Reform like they are doing the American People a favor when in actuality they are Alchemist practicing the law of Equivalent Exchange! In order for the Rich to get Richer, the Poor must get Poorer! If they are allowed to reform Tort Laws there will be nothing to stop corporate crooks from robbing our future.
