"Do you ever experienced sleep paralysis?? it will happen just once of your lifetime. also supernatural pud ni or ambot. still skeptic about the people from beyond. but im just confessing my terrible experience. A very scary experience :( .. cuz i experienced it once. My experience: I woke up in the middle of the night and I realize that I cant get up. naa gid koi consious ato ka time. i cant speak, move, my hands are numb, duh paralyze na gid :P a couple of seconds later, I felt someone is looking o-o A shadow came... ni sulod gid sa window LOL na amaze ko na gi unsa pud niya pag sulod, but terrified at the same time.. i taught dream siya ato ka time og dili real but i always say that na "" mata na ! mata na! in my mind. mata man gid ko ato ka time but paralize duh. the shadow figure started looking at me, i cant even see the eyes but i know. then the thing came up to me. nahadlok nagid ko :( I cant even scream or move. shut gid akong mouth. At a blink. the shadow thing vanish, but still i cant move or shout. . . . I taught nahuman na but... but the scary part came. na realize nako nganu gahi akong chest. murag naai ni touch. ni start man og ka kurog o-o-o-o-o-o that when I started the heebigibies. I tried my best to look down towards my chest. a glimps ra gid. hala!!!. ang shadow thing naa man d.i sa duol nako . close na close na gid kai ang iyang ulo naa sa akong chest!. perverted man tingali ni siya. but the scary part when the thing touches my neck and started to strangle me, and ang mata o-o kahadlok gid. pila ka minutes of struggling and ka kurog nawala na siya and my sleep paralysis was gone. I can actually move now. na trauma ko ato ka time. confuse gid na hallucination ba to? but mata man gid ko :(. I never confess this experience until now. hard to believe? skeptic or not. theirs a lot of things in our world that we cannot explain gd. kuyawa pud to ka sleep paralysis ui xD naa mai pakapin na kahadlok. ok ra if crush nako mu in ato haha ill die happy jk but a shadow :P nvm. -BSIT ko :) "
