Do you ever feel like you’re not worth much anymore? Like you’re damaged goods? The Bible couldn’t be more clear about how valued you are in the eyes of God! No matter what other people may think or say, God intentionally made each and every part of you as His masterpiece. In God’s eyes, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. He carefully crafted you while you were still in your mother’s womb, and He created you in His own image. He loves you as His own child, and even knows how many hairs you have on your head! Jesus tells us that not even a bird can fall from the sky without God knowing and caring for it. If He cares that much for a bird, can you imagine how much He must know and care for you, whom He created as His masterpiece? You are valued! Take a moment now to pray this to God: God, thank You for creating me in Your image. Please help me always remember that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, and that I am valued so deeply in Your eyes. When I start to think that I’m worthless or just taking up space, please remind me of the fact that I am Your perfect creation. In the name of Jesus I pray, amen.
