Do you ever wonder what difference it makes who we elect as Judges? Maybe you figure, the Judge orders you to go to jail, or pay a fine and one Judge is just like another. Wrong. Notice how liberal judges recently make laws, rather than defend the Constitution and enforce the laws that have been passed by the Legislature. Example: Johnny wears a t-shirt to school with the American flag on the front. Johnny is a good student, and does nothing to call attention to himself, nor does he misbehave in school. Somebody says that Johnnys shirt is offensive to them. In his politically correct school, Johnny is ordered to change shirts, or to turn his shirt inside out. Johnnys mother comes to school and challenges the order. The case ends up in local court; the local judge rules in favor of the school. Johnnys mother takes the case to the Supreme Court of the State. Does Johnnys mother want a liberal, left wing Judge who reads what he wants into the law, or does Johnnys mother want the case heard by a Conservative Judge who will enforce the provisions of the Constitution and the law as written? When you go to the polls to vote, if you are offered a list of the Conservative Judges, please take that list and vote for those Judges. Or, better yet, obtain the list of Conservative Judges before the election. I assure you the list will be posted on Facebook between now and November 4.
