ITS A LOSE, LOSE, when speaking of YOUR MONEY! YOU EITHER HAVE TO BUY HEALTH ISURANCE WHICH COSTS MONEY and if you dont to SAVE MONEY then they will take it from you via a penalty during tax season! So what this article says is, to avoid paying the penalty make sure you dont get a refund. So my question is...The only people who would get free healthcare would be those making less than about 11,000 or somewhere around $15,000, I dont know because when I google I find around $11,000 but I hear radio talk show hosts say around $15,000, NOW YOU TELL ME IF SOMEONE WAS MAKING $16,000, $17,000 UP TO LETS SAY $20,000 A YEAR HOW WOULD THEY BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO BUY HEALTH INSURANCE???????????????
