Do you know someone who is struggling to breastfeed? Give them a hug. Tell them they are doing a good job. We talked to so many moms at MommyCon this past weekend who have been shattered by not meeting their breastfeeding goals -- lets support each other!! Who do you know that needs some encouragement in this area? Let them know today, whatever happens with how they feed their children, we all need support. Regardless of the outcome, no matter the duration, we support you as a parent and in feeding your children. As wonderful as breastfeeding may be (and sometimes it doesnt feel like it), our worth and success in parenting shouldnt be determined by whether or not we breastfeed or for how long or if we supplement or not.
