Do you love recruitment? Volunteer as a recruitment specialist! Tri Delta is seeking alumnae members (at least two years post-graduation) to work with collegiate chapters in all areas of recruitment, including conversation topics, logistics, voting, continuous open bidding, values-based recruitment, etc. Ideal candidates will have a knowledge of Tri Deltas recruitment process and be willing to devote approximately two hours a week during peak times of support.
