Do you swing? Kettlebell 2 arm swing that is..... Cool write up on hormonal responses to this exercise. Any questions? I know one that may come up is it raises cortisol - this will happen with any stress, thus any exercise. Cortisol is part of fat burning and part of why we get better fat burning in general from intense, short bursts of exercise like this. So some is great - too much not so great. Also when cortisol is released with other hormones such as glucagon, growth hormone and testosterone we get the best results for fat burning specifically. This study was on men so obviously would be slightly less testosterone release, etc for women but still applicable. Thoughts or questions? Great exercise!! Be sure you know how to do it right :)
