Do you think it is Necessary & Proper to expect our government to protect us from health-related misinformation? Would you change your mind, if you found out that your parents switch to margerine & other low fat food items (that were touted as being healthier choices) are now, in fact, positively correlated with todays epidemic of obesity, heart disease & diabetes? What would you think, if you also found that these low calorie (healthier) options, for which we were willing to pay a little extra, actually cost manufacturers less to make than the older recipes, which we now know were healthier?
