Does anybody have information about regulations for practicing ACT? Since there is no license for it, Im a bit confused. Does the provider need a psychology license? Is a behavior analysis license sufficient? I live in VA and a certified/licensed BCBA, with no psychology credentials. My state regs are here: dhp.virginia.gov/medicine/leg/BehaviorAnalysis_05072014.doc All it says for scope of practice is this, which I think could include ACT: Design, implementation, and evaluation of environmental modifications using the principles and methods of behavior analysis to produce socially significant improvement in human behavior, including the use of direct observation, measurement, and functional analysis of the relationship between environment and behavior
