Does anyone else find it disturbing that everyone seems to be blaming the NFL for not punishing Ray Rice (an others) more harshly and completely failing to recognize that prosecutors have failed to charge him with a crime at all? In case anyone was wondering the NFL is a football league where they play football for absurd amounts of money - the business is $$$, no more, no less. District Attorneys and prosecutors on the other hand are in the business of handling those who are suspected of breaking the law. In this case we know for a 100% fact that police have seen the video and let him walk with some pre trial agreement. Therein lies the biggest outrage anyone in the country should have. BTW - if your a manager anywhere please feel free to let me know if you think an employees conduct outside of work is a direct reflection of your beliefs, views, moral character and judgement. Lets not forget Kobe (and Im a Laker fan by birth) played basketball while going through a rape trial. Was there outrage? Nope! ESPN, FOX and the NFL network either broadcast or made little comment about a certain 49er who has similar domestic assault charges against him abusing his PREGNANT fiancé. These media outlets even saw the Ray Rice video months ago but didnt peruse greater justice or act like true reporters... Now you are outraged? Youre dumb ESPN! The only reason ESPN and Sports Center are all outraged is because TMZ just became the most legitimate Sports reporting source. Yeah, ESPN and SC, you got outplayed by the same people who care about the Kardashians and Miley Hookerface. Get your priorities straight for $&!% sake!
