Does anyone have any advice on how to use CamSchnappr with - TopicsExpress

Does anyone have any advice on how to use CamSchnappr with multiple projectors stretched over one desktop using Matrox hardware? My mind is currently boggled by this. I have two projectors at 1280x720, with the matrox combining them to be one TD window of 2560x720. How the hell can I get CamShnappr to match the geometry over the span of both projectors? I am obviously incredibly confused. Any information that could lead me down the right path would be greatly appreciated.
