Does anyone know the quickest way to get a copy of the PLAT your residential property? We keep having trees from what we believe is the common wooded area behind the fence in our backyard, fall onto our fence and it has happened 3 times now and we have had to repair our fence each time HOA representative have come out and looked at it and have pretty much said if we want to cut the trees down we can. Problem is, I believe those trees are on their property, not ours so we dont feel like we should spend a couple of thousand dollars trying to cut some trees down to prevent our property from getting damaged when it may just as well actually be on their property
