Does the devil ever get tired of fighting me. Those who see him please tell him to give up because greater is He who is in me. Today is my birthday. Just as I was receiving birthday wishes this morning I received a call from my neighbour that my home the one I am building was burnt down. There is the house where the guy who takes care of my home stays it was burnt down to ashes with everything inside. A 5000 litre water tank was also burnt down. The guy took the cows to the feeding place at 8am this morning and when he was coming back he met our neighbours with the information that the whole place was damaged. I know its the devil who is still trying to bring me down. I know he is still not happy that I left him after 17 years of being his friend. I told him when he started attaching me that he doesnt stand a chance. I would like to remind him even today that he can take everything I have but he can never take the God in me. My friends are doing a braai for me tomorrow I thought of cancelling but NO my life will go on no matter what. There was building materials, feed for the chickens and dogs, everything that my boy owns including his money which he kept hidden there, his food for the whole month all is gone. I thank God that he was not there when they burnt the house. I want to tell the devil that no matter what he does the one thing I know is that my Savior is there and this too shall pass. I am going to prepare for my classes tomorrow. Please pray for my boy he is so devastated he feels that if he was there nothing would have happened and I am telling him I am glad he was not there because maybe he would have been burnt inside. I thank God for everything.
