Does this embarrass you? It embarrasses me. The U.S. used to be the leader in innovation. How has Germany achieved this? You guessed it, evil government incentives, but this investment in technology led to an 80% decrease in the cost of solar panels via the innovations spurred by these economic incentives. Truly, investment in infrastructure by a strong central government makes a country a better place to live. What does capitalism worship get you? Cheap gas, pollution, overtime workers who cannot afford their shitty apartments, and Wal Mart. Looking forward to the day when the U.S. steps back up to lead.
