Dollar general is coming to tool if we can get the rezone. I need everyones support to convince the city counsel to aprove. Rezone of General Dollar 1. Convenience, low prices and jobs. 2. It would supply 10 jobs and tax revenue to the city of Tool. The sales taxes and jobs generated by this store will provide more positive growth for our citi 3. carrying sorely needed merchandise our current shop owners do not sell 4. keeping money local, the monies stay in the community 5. the tax base is much more stable 6. the property values rise, not decline 7. employment tends to increase, not decrease 8. more residents are attracted to the community 9. people tend to buy more of their supplies nearby and their profits stay in town 10. being close to the school actually provides convenience for parents who are coming from miles away to pick up groceries or school supplies when picking up or dropping off their children 11. The prices are low scale and meet to those in the general public. 12. several small towns have thrived from Dollar General stores being built 13. it will be a presentable building The meeting is at Tool city hall July 17th at 5:00 if you can make it please come we need your support
