Domestic Violence USA “If I Don’t Tell It, Who Will” File. Raymond Burkart III had a way with words, when explaining the depth of corruption in the ‘UnConstitutional State of St. Tammany Parish Louisiana.’ While explaining the way things ‘work’ in St. Tammany courts, Burkart said that Louisiana used to force women who fled domestic violence to return to Louisiana. However, once the higher courts ruled that this constituted slavery, St. Tammany switched gears and started remanding the children return to Louisiana! This is very relevant in Nikki and Dylan’s case, because the corrupt Judge Mary C Devereux and the deceit-spewing attorney for the abusive father, Sheila O’Connor, lied to New York, claiming there was no domestic violence in the Nikki-Tyrone Blanc relationship. Devereux took it further, stating Nikki ran because, “she didn’t like the orders.” On April 30, 2012, a New York chief family court judge, who has a track record of putting two-year-old boys in harm’s way, stated that she spoke directly with Mary Devereux, who laid it on thick, claiming that, Nikki had two hearings; if there was domestic violence, why didn’t she bring it up? What Devereux omitted was that she herself had signed documents whereby lying and corrupt hearing officer, Lisa C Matthews, denied Nikki due process, while aiding and abetting Sheila O’Connor in ambushing Nikki, as Nikki cried and begged for an attorney. Lisa Matthews stated point blank, “you’ve fired two attorneys already! You don’t deserve another one!” Lisa Matthews wrote a report so riddled with lies that she contradicted herself. Two years later, she completely recanted some of her most outlandish claims. To say that Sheila O’Connor had it in the bag is a gross understatement. The judge and hearing officers were so extremely biased; that there is no way anyone can interpret the hearings Nikki attended as ‘fair.’ That includes the initial hearing with chief hearing officer, Phyllis Gremillion, who acknowledged it was ‘disturbing’ that Dylan was not properly cared for, though she granted the father a full 72 hours of uninterrupted, unsupervised custody of Dylan. It is not lost on any of us that by kidnapping Dylan and holding him hostage and for ransom, the goal was to get Nikki to pay O’Connor, the abuser’s corrupt attorney, as well as a hefty bond before seeing her son. But worse, as Raymond Burkart predicted, the goal was to force Nikki to move back to Louisiana. A place where she literally has no ties! Sheila O’Connor lied to the State of New York and defrauded it claiming the Hill family has no ties to New York whatsoever. Worse, in her role as ‘overseer’ and Devereux’s role as slave master, O’Connor laid it on thick, declaring the entire family runaways. These vile women went so far as to claim the entire family as ‘permanent residents’ of the state of Louisiana. O’Connor essentially stated the family was squatting in New York. Not only does Nikki have very strong ties to New York, both parents’ families have deep east coast roots: Michael grew up 8 miles outside of New York City. My mom and dad lived and died in New York City. Both parents hail from families that have run Atlantic coast governments at the executive level and run successful campaigns to elect congressmen, senators, governors and even presidents! Both Nikki and her brother grew up in a center hall colonial in Westchester. The point: we have zero blood ties to Louisiana. Our former residency in Louisiana came from my husband landing a great opportunity there in 2004, which turned into a claim on us as the property of the State of Louisiana! Far worse than O’Connor making these outlandish, stereotypical claims is that numerous New York lawyers, judges, and members of the district attorney’s offices bought it — hook, line and sinker. It is beyond comprehension that O’Connor and Devereux would try this in 2012, and even more incomprehensible that three family court judges would buy the lies and make decisions based on the lies, especially when evidence directly in front of these three ‘blind’ thugs on the bench, totally contradicted every lie that was told. This horror story continues. Dylan is in the hands of the abusers, with zero contact with his mother, whom O’Connor had arrested and falsely imprisoned, as she kidnapped this child from New York and put him back in the custody of his abusive father with no due process and based on default orders, lies, fraud and palpable hatred.
