My experience of this is that most people definitely feel something happening energetically with them, some feel heat in the body, energy around the hands. For me I actually get body chills and my hands get hot. I wasnt even actually doing it the first time I was exposed to it, I was videotaping Dr. Pee Tek Chan as he was demonstrating it here a few weeks ago and I could already feel it. Inexplicable yet profound I feel.
