Dont hesitate, sign up today if interested. PHOTO CLASS: Heres the information on the photo classes I will be offering in July. Classes will be on Wednesday nights here at my studio starting July 9th and ending on July 30th with a start time of 7PM. Class will be 2 hours. You will need a digital SLR camera. One that you can change the lens on. If are unsure of what type of camera you have, message me and I will help you make sure you have the right type of camera. This will be a basic photo class, but if everyone seems to grasp what Im talking about we will move faster. Please bring your camera manual to class for reference. The class will cover the following topics: 1. Camera controls 2. White balance 3. Exposure 4. Composition 5. Lighting (available light, on camera flash) 6. Rules of photography and when to break them 7. Depth of field 8. Camera media storage 9. Brief introduction to photo editing software Im also thinking that the last 15-20 minutes of each class could be a critique where people could bring in photos to share. Cost is $300 for the 4 2-hour classes. You will need to send a deposit of $150 to secure your spot in class. I need to have 10 people sign up, but no more than 15. Deposit can be sent via PayPal by using my E-Mail address--monty@montyrand. If I do not get the needed 10 people, your deposit will be refunded or I may decide to go with fewer.
