Dont you just hate international weeks!!!Not much to get the trading juices going at all.England v Denmark well what can i say just a meaningless friendly that is a more or less a training exercise for both teams.if you do trade small stakes only and maybe a good opportunity to test some theories you may have which is what i will be doing...Roll on the weekend!!! My golf picks for the 2014 WGC Cadillac Championship normally i put these in the VIP section but with the lack of footy this week here they are.Have a go if you are not a golf trader just use small stakes.i will as always be trading this live on the final day (Sunday) hoping to be in a nice green position already!!. We have another World Golf Championship tournament this week which means all the best players in the world will be competing. 69 players from all across the world will battle it out for this prized Championship. It should be an excellent 4 days of golf . Experience is a huge key this week as it seems to be the same group of players near the top of the leaderboard for the past 5 years. The greens at Doral are absolutely perfect and players really enjoy putting on them. Course knowledge always benefits players but I find it to be extremely helpful here. One interesting aspect this week is that there is no cut. All 69 players competing will play on Sunday, and this can change some player’s strategy for the week. Phil Mickelson 28/1 The odds on Phil Mickelson continue to drift as he fails to contend tournaments, however with Phil theres always a spark of quality and genius that can come back at any time. Twice a WGC Champion, once on this plot of land itself, the 43 year-old is undoubtedly capable of picking himself up from a run of 42/19/MC over his last 3 tournaments and contend here .AND AT THE PRICE AVAILABLE WILL GIVE YOU A RUN FOR YOUR MONEY Jim Furyk 66/1 Impressive come from behind win v Harris English at Dove Mountain - his third 2014 match win at a venue that doesnt suit. Top tens in six of last 10 events on PGA tour and one of the best at positioning himself from the tee, and the better long iron players on tour Keegan Bradley 28/1 Keegan Bradley got to the dizzy heights of 9-under par on Sunday after his first 4 holes - a score that would have proven to be victorious had he been able to par his way in - however that was far easier said than done and the 27 year-old drifted to 12th position by the end of play. Webb Simpson 40/1 one of the best performers on tour this year and putter looks to be back at its peak. 40/1 relatively good value for a player ready to make a run at victory. And finally for a top ten finish CHARL SCHWARTZEL 46 /1 And finally for a top ten finish his game is perfect for Doral. The 29 year old South African should be excited about this week based on his previous results. In 2010 Charl finished runner up to fellow countryman Ernie Els. Look for Charl to attack the course, as he is one of the longer players in the field this week. He has in the past dominated on the greens at Doral and I can see this happening once again.
