Dr Grossmans memorial service at the Firefighters Museum was tremendous. Hundreds of those whom he loved, healed and affected --like only Dr. G could--were in attendance. He was the consummate Dude-- a calm, cool, and collected man at all times. Always witty, funny, semi-inappropriate and could make you feel like you were as important as you needed to feel at that moment. Dr. Grossman saved our Phoenix and Natalia and selflessly, along with his son Peter, donated literally 1,000,000+ dollars of time, resources and care to save the lives of two dogs thats he himself thought wouldnt make it. Just like little Bear, they did make it and are now serving to help pediatric burn survivors face their burns with dignity and hope. I love this man very much. Everybody has a Dr.G story and he has bettered the lives of 10s of thousands of people. He was the quintessential service-man and knew how to give and care like few others. He will be missed but never forgotten. His legacy is alive in so many survivors and will go on forever.
