Drove a friend who is in town back to his hotel downtown tonight. I must say that as I was driving him back the Detroit skyline looked great. Multiple buildings had LED lighting similar to how the Ren-Cen does and for the first time ever Detroit looked like a real major city while approaching from 75. I was literally wondering what those buildings were and what was going on. I know its a minor thing but I was amazed at what a difference the perception was.
