Drove all the way to Houma from Nashville for a doctors appt at Premier Specialist after they called and chafed my appt 3 times and had a recording call yesterday with a wrong appt time and they turn me away once a get to the damn office!! Now when the appt was made and when they called twice to change the time it was discussed that I was traveling from Nashville at night to make this appt so I maybe a little later than the new 9:45 time they gave. Love the nurses and doctors but the receptionist was incredibly rude & could care less when I tried to explain there was no way I could reschedule!! Forget the fact that I allowed this same practice reschedule appts because equipment was broken!! I am beyond pissed!!
