This workout is 10 sets of 7 Power Steps superset (big Steps) with 10 sets of 14 Speed Steps (No Rest Walk Your Steps and REPEAT based on Your Intensity). The last part of the video I am doing 5x3 Power Bounds and jumping over the railing for my conditioning of the day. I like to advise people to condition on grass, and concrete ONLY, if your joints have the absorption to sustain the impact (I played street ball my whole life. Knees are fine). Keep workouts outside like this no longer then 15-45 minutes, PLUS your energy expenditure is high do to the heat which means your processing more (weight loss, keep this in mind, hydration keep this in mind, METABOLISM KEEP THIS IN MIND).
