During the fourth Public Forum on the Development of the Outer Harbor Land Site on August 6, 2014 at the WNED studios sponsored by the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. (New York State Agency). A representative of Perkins and Will a consultant firm conducting these forum for the ECHDC told citizens who have participated in the previous three forums that they would not be discussing the idea of a stadium on the Outer Harbor. That a commission firm hired by the governor would be rendering a recommendation on the stadium issue , and they would monitor that decision. Stadium supporters have participated in three previous forums and were told that all citizens had a right to give input at these events. Well there must have been a policy change because each citizens should have the right to be heard at a public forum designed for public input.
