Dutch Volunteer Arno Djikstra contributed his skill to the Bikes Tour Baclayon Project led by another Dutch Volunteer, Marit Meijer, by building a bikes rack made of bamboos. The project seeks to benefit students of the Alternative Learning System of Baclayon through hiring students to manage the project and do repairs and maintenance, serving as tour guides and organizing handicaft sale and heirtage tours. It is due for presentation to the LGU and DepEd within the week. Launching has been set for 23 Jan 2015. Marit has appealed for donations to add more bikes to the initial six which were purchased last week,.
