EMBRACE ALL OF YOU What I have realized is that I have many parts to me: the young child, the awkward adolescent, the professional, the spiritual wise woman. At any moment in time one of these versions of myself may surface. The trick is to accept all of them without judgement. We need to give ourselves the compassion we give to others. Be accepting, not rejecting any part of us, we practice self-love. Our mantra: I AM ENOUGH, JUST THE WAY I AM.
