EPIC sessions today guys! :-) One of our busiest Circuits sessions to date (26) with a great atmosphere! And then we had some awesome sprinting, bunny hoping and jumping in Metafit afterwards! We want to make sure sessions are at the right times of day and numbers are evenly split to make sure you get the most from training.
