EQ Update!! Latest News (July 15th) Sorry, but we were unable to send the update last night due to poor internet connection at our new campsite. Today, (July 15) we had a great day of ministry in two different cities. We went to Rovinj and Pula. Students had the best conversations with people yet, and four people gave their hearts to Christ! We got back to our campground very late and went straight to bed. I am looking forward to hearing the stories tomorrow morning! Here is our July 14 Update: EQ family are on our way to Pula, Croatia. We had a fantastic day of ministry yesterday in Verona, Italy. We have had a lot of rainy days this summer and we loved having a break from the rain for the day. It was a beautiful, warm, and sunny day - that was a big (and welcomed) change for us! We had the opportunity to do 3 separate street ministries while in Verona for the day. The team was blessed and encouraged as they saw four people pray to become followers of Jesus yesterday! Many of the students had great conversations with several people. They were able to present the Gospel and also talk with some people that had very different world views and philosophies about life. Wyatt and Grace had the opportunity to talk with a young couple who were very interested in what they had to say. We were so excited to hear that both of them gave their lives to Christ! Abby was able to share Christ with a Mother and her daughter while Summer and Gabby stood with them and prayed. Both of them ended up trusting in Jesus! This interaction was amazing because it was in Spanish and God used Abbys limited ability to speak Spanish in a miraculous way to bring two people into His family! It is supposed to be sunny and warm while we are in Croatia (with a few thunder storms). We are looking forward to that as we need to dry out our tents and some sleeping bags. Even though we had a nice day for ministry yesterday, it rained a lot during the night and we had to pack up everything wet again. Pray that the tents and our gear dries out quickly and we have dry times of day to do ministry. The team is doing great and everyone has amazing attitudes even in the midst of all of the bad weather we have experienced. During these next few days, we will be focused on sharing Christ with people in the campground in Pula, Croatia. We will also use our skill groups to draw a crowd in order to share Christ in some street ministry in Pula and the nearby city of Rovinj. Throw in getting caught up on laundry and a Baptism service for four of the students in the Adriatic Sea and these next few days will be quite full! Thanks again for being part of our team through your prayers! Thank you for your continued patience with our updates. We are staying in campgrounds that are located away from the city Centres where the internet cafes are located. We have also found that many cafes no longer have computers. No news is ALWAYS good news--it means we are on track, busy in ministry and sharing Gods love to the people of Europe. Jeff Bell, EuroQuest mission trip leader Jeff Bell
