EXCLUSIVE: JOYCE BANDA ALLOWS MPHWIYO TO FLEE MALAWI, HEADING TO LIVE IN MAURITIUS Malawi’s acting President Joyce Hilda Mtila Banda has allowed the country’s most wanted but most protected suspect, Paul Mphwiyo to flee the country and go into hiding we can confidently reveal. Mphwiyo, the former Budget Director in the Ministry of Finance fled the country over a week ago and flew into South Africa where he was expected to spend a few weeks before heading to his final place of destination, Mauritius. Interim President Joyce Hilda Mtila Banda, used Mphwiyo to implement her famous baby, CASHGATE. Impeccable sources in State House have disclosed, Mphwiyo met acting President Banda before fleeing the country the following day. The source said, Mphwiyo’s final place of hiding will be Mauritius where interim President Joyce Banda has also bought properties using stolen government and donor’s money. He is expected to stay in Mauritius until after the elections and if Mrs Joyce Banda wins, he is set to return back on Malawian soil, the first week of June. Although Paul Mphwiyo’s hands are written all over on the CASHGATE issue, acting President Joyce Banda has protected him from prosecution at all times. The interim Malawi leader visited Paul Mphwiyo at least three times when he was admitted in a South African hospital last year. About two months ago, Mphwiyo was stopped from fleeing Malawi without the consent of acting President Joyce Hilda Mtila Banda. MPHWIYO HAS LEFT A MK 50 MILLION WAR BACK HOME Meanwhile, back home here in Malawi, Paul Mphwiyo has left a group of hungry politicians baying for his blood after he fooled them in the CASHGATE deal protection. Information and Civic Education Minister Brown James Mpinganjira, Justice Minister Fahad Assani, People’s Party townboy Ephraim Chibvunde and former People’s Party spokesperson Hophmally Makande have been pestering Mphwiyo to give them their own share of the loot from CASHGATE saying he betrayed them. They all claim to have protected him from prosecution. The group was expecting some Paul Mphwiyo to give them MK55 million from a CASHGATE business deal and share among themselves but the former Budget Director took it all for himself leaving the politicians lick their dry lips. The group now wants Mphwiyo either arrested or killed as payment for cheating them. Achoke! Achoke! Achoke!!!
