EXECUTIVE SECRETARY Location: JEDDAH ( KSA ) Description: Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Management, Finance and Economics or other relevant fields. 2. Male or Female, at least 30 – 45 years old. 3. Energetic and responsible. 4. Highly analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Excellent English in verbal as well as written communication skills for efficient client interaction. 6. Knowledge in Arabic in both verbal and written communication is an advantage. 7. Preferably with transferable Visa/Iqama. Please note that the private office is Responsibilities : 1. To interact with the top level executives and their counterparts especially with the fashion suppliers of different brands. 2. Has knowledge and interest to Fashion. Has to work closely with the buyer to ensure that the brands to be brought will enable to achieve good sales. 3. When order confirmation was received, it should be compared with the order, then start encoding it as confirmed orders. 4. When the merchandise arrived, she has to compare it with the confirmed order, process it for pricing with the help of the sales person and the buyer. 5. Have to help to promote the goods to sell to the clients. 6. Plan and develop a strategy to enable a company to sell a range of products that delivers sales and profit targets. 7. Need to understand what is going on in the market place, not just your brands, but that of your competitors too. 8. Monitoring and controlling the stock levels of each brand based on forecasts for the season. 9. Gathering information on customer’s reactions/comments to the brand. 10.Plan and arrange travel schedules and reservations; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
