Responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing L3 support services for technologies including CA Site Minder, Riskminder, Authminder, and other supporting technologies. This individual will utilize their expertise to help facilitate changes for products throughout different environments that currently exist, or will be deployed. The focus will be on following standards, policy, process and documentation, drawing on team-building abilities and understanding of current WAM/Federation requirements.Essential Functions of the Job: Implementation and deploying multi factor authentication components “CA SiteMinder, CA Directory, RiskMinder, AuthMinder” on Linux platform for production environment Administrating CA SiteMinder and supporting SSO infrastructure. Assist in training others in installation, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting of CA SiteMinder Policy Servers on Linux and Windows platform. Assist in training others in installation, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting of CA SiteMinder Web Agents on the following web servers, IIS, Domino, Apache and IBM HTTP Server. Will be Administering CA SiteMinder policy bases security to protect the Firms resources and assets. Knowledge on directory replication, directory partitions, schema modification and performance tuning Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, often unsupervised. Responsible for oversight of some projects assigned. Assists management in the selection and retention of software applications, support staff, and on-going maintenance. Providing weekly and daily activity reports to management. Problem Management, Incident handling and liaison with product vendor; escalation to product vendor (CA, Red-Hat, and Microsoft) and coordination as needed. Provides project management assistance to the Project Manager for any size project. Will be able to work in 24*7 support structure. Interact with IT Services staff from all over the world. Collaborate with colleagues in other regions and countries. Work with L2 and L1 Teams to address issues within established Service Level Agreements. Escalate to Vendors and L4 as needed. Ensure processes and procedures are followed. Work with the Disaster Recovery Planning & Testing team to assess, build, deploy and maintain the disaster recovery plan for services. Collaborate with Global Information Security and Security Operations to ensure supported services comply with Code of Connection and any external security audits. Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities: Play a key role in the implementation and operation of service deployments as an assigned WAM/Federation resource. While in this role, the individual represents the WAM/Federation team and the teams functional needs. Work with other IT Services teams, participate in development of a WAM/Federation service and support model, utilizing ITIL Service management methodologies Assist in development and implementation of Service Level Agreements / Operating Level Agreements for WAM/Federation Services Assist in the definition, promotion and operational deployment of WAM/Federation tools and services Work with Service Management team to make the Business Impact Assessment of services Qualifications : Knowledge and Skills Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience with CA Site Minder v12.x policy server and agent installation, configuration, and support or with similar Web Access Management (WAM) solutions. Additionally, experience installing, configuring, and supporting web services using CA Site Minder v12.x or with similar WAM solutions. 3 to 5 years of experience with CA Site Minder Federation or similar federation products with SAML 2.0. Good to have experience in managing X.509 certificate creation and usage for client, server, and XML Signature authentication. Excellent interpersonal, communication, consultative and project management skills strong judgment and analytical ability. Ability to work effectively with clients, management staff members, venders and consultants Project planning and project leadership skills. Ability to interface with cross-functional technology teams. Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. Working knowledge of Active Directory, CA Directory Working knowledge in Java, JVM and scripting will be a plus. Working knowledge of Oracle.
