Earlier this week, I celebrated National Families Week at Darwin Playgroup House, Marrara, with NT Education Minister Peter Chandler, Pam Cahir, National Chair of Playgroups Association Board and Susan Wellfair, CEO of Playgroups Association NT. For more than 30 years, the Playgroup Association of the Northern Territory has worked to build and sustain playgroups for the benefit of children, the parents and carers of children, and family life in general.
