Earlier was a SuperSet I do for #biceps here is one that can be done for #triceps. Again I incorporate a #cardio component into my supersets because steady state cardio bores me!!! This superset consisted of: 1⃣ Skull crushers 12-15 reps 2⃣ Bench dips (I had a plate in my lap, but believe me I started with just body weigh) 15 reps 2⃣ High Knees-25 reps Repeat for 3! ✨Tag a friend that should try this & use #beesosweet if you give it a go! ✨ ______________
