Early morning training session in Kilmarnock Wossobama Gym today. Speed squat. Max deadlift. Rep bench. 3rd set of 92.5kg deadlifts (204 lbs) Been working on taking a huge breath at the bottom of the lift, maintaining my tightness and trying to work on the fact my hips shoot up slightly early. Wearing the comfiest WG2 hoody ever which is the best thing to happen to my life at this time of year :) And featuring my tremendous gym playlist.
