Easy Beef Stroganoff 1 package extra lean ground beef Salt pepper garlic powder 3 cups sliced fresh white mushrooms 1 tsp butter 1 medium white oinion, diced 1 can (or tetra pack) mushroom soup 1 package Beef stock Montreal steak spice soy sauce 1 cup sour cream 1. Brown hamburger in a medium sauce pan, and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to your preference. 2. In a separate pan add onion and butter, sauteeing till just becoming translucent. 3. Add sliced mushrooms to onions, and a slight sprinkle of steak seasoning with a dash of soy sauce. Cook mushrooms and onions on medium low untill all released liquid are reabsorbed. 4. Add soup and stock to beef. once mushrooms and onions are done add them as well. This mixture is to simmer until reduced by 1/4 ( about 45 minutes) 5. Store in sour cream about 5 minutes before serving. Serve over egg noodles or rice. Yield 8 servings
