Easy and yummy beef stroganoff recipe I couldnt find a recipe for beef stroganoff that I was happy with, so I blended a few recipes together and came up with my own, it turned out beautifully for us so I thought I would share it seeing as you guys have given me so much inspiration already. Ingredients Cubed stewing meat (I used chuck steak) 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 packet dry French onion soup mix 2 tablespoons of tomato paste 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 onion diced Minced garlic Sliced mushrooms Small tub of sour cream Method Mix soups, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic together and add to slow cooker with the meat. Cook on low (ours was on for 8 hours) Add mushrooms and sour cream towards the end. I added the mushrooms in with an hour to go and the sour cream about 15 minutes before serving just to warm it up. Serve with rice or pasta and enjoy.
