Educators appreciation month at the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM), Excerpts from e-mail received by Covenant ... MIM is pleased to announce our Educator Appreciation Month in July, when all K‒12 Arizona teachers and administrators can visit the museum for FREE*! We also invite educators to attend either one of our special Teachers’ Preview Days, when we will offer an in-depth look at upcoming programs, tours, and more: • Saturday, July 20 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. • Sunday, July 21 Noon–3:00 p.m. In 2012, some twenty-eight thousand school tour participants toured MIM. Now, we are excited to share what is in store for 2013‒2014. Come join us for one of these Teachers’ Preview Days. Relax with colleagues over light refreshments and enjoy a live musical performance, the chance to tour the galleries, learn about our common core curriculum, and a sneak peek at MIM’s newest school tour options. Educators will also receive a discount at the Museum Store and, when you sign up for our newsletter, you’ll be entered in a prize drawing. We hope you will visit MIM and take a part of this special opportunity.
