Efficient Home Products Co., an independently owned and operated franchise of Four Seasons Solar Products, LLC installed a sunroom in my home in April 2011. As of last year, when there is a big rain, the whole sunroom leaks from ceilings to walls. I do love my sunroom otherwise but this drawback could just ruin it and has ruined several pieces of furniture already. After each rain I have to run fan to dry it out to avoid mildew. It looks to me from all of the receipts that this room cost $11,400.00 to build. That is a hefty amount of money for something that cant keep the rain in after three years. After calling the company, who returned my call after 5 days, they tell me they can have someone out to fix the problem for $500.00. This leads me to believe that I will probably have to spend at least that much year after year just to keep it dry inside. Im not happy about this so I am writing this warning for those outth era looking to invest in a Sunroom from these companies. I wrote a similar post because it is not clear to me which company has the has the shabby products.
