Either KC is the customer service capital of the world or today is customer appreciation day. I had an early, early flight and when I returned the rental car, the young attendant said, "Just leave your bag in the truck. We will drive you over to the airport." Wow!!! Hertz!!! Yea, you. Then when I was going in the airport a little old lady was limping along struggling with her cane and bag when a porter who was on break eating his lunch ran over to her and said, "Let me get you a wheel chair and someone to take you to check in and to the gate." Yea, him!!! Then can you believe it, the flight attendant on SWA actually went in the bathroom after each passenger and made sure it was clean for the next. This must be a pay it forward day!!!
