Elvis Dumervil Lists Ultramodern Home in Castle Rock A fax snafu opened the door to free-agency for Elvis Dumervil, who promptly bid adieu to the Denver Broncos by signing a five-year, $35 million contract with the Baltimore Ravens. Now the talented pass rusher is officially closing the door on his time in Colorado by listing his ultramodern home in Castle Rock. Dumervil, who led the league in sacks in 2009 and had 11 quarterback takedowns a year ago, asks a cool $2.7 million for the home located roughly 30 minutes south of Mile High Stadium. Built in 2004, the contemporary pad offers four bedrooms and seven baths in its 6,200 square feet. Property details gush of the home’s “ultimate outdoor living with infinity pool, 12 person hot tub, gorgeous water features, covered patio with fire pits, snow melt system, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven.” In-house features include a stately maple barrel ceiling, a theater room and an array of built-in fish tanks.
