Employe: Some on that works hard and earns a paycheck (these people are worth every penny they earn) but they would not do the work without the promise of the pay. Entrepreneur: Someone that is willing to work long and very hard without any promise of pay but the real belief that one day the work will allow them to make more and do less. The amount of risk you assume will determine the amount of reward.
