Key Responsibilities of the role will include: Work with a caseload of clients to set and achieve their employment/education goals Source appropriate health and training solutions to address barriers to employment Establish and develop ongoing relationships with industry contacts and employers Advocate to employers and generate new business leads placing clients into sustainable employment opportunities Provide ongoing post-placement support To be considered for this role the successful candidate will have the following: Previous industry experience highly desirable Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs Ability to connect with people from all walks of life to effectively manage a caseload Passionate about creating new employment opportunities for clients Team driven but able to work autonomously Demonstrated experience in new business development Drivers licence Ability to travel regionally If this sounds like the position for you - APPLY TODAY!
