Enjoy a nice detox bath tonight! Fill your bath and add...1-2 cups Epsom Salt, 1-2 cups Sea or Himalayan Salt, 1/4 cup Baking Soda, 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar. TIPS: - Shower and wash before taking your detox bath - Remember that your body will absorb the toxins in your water if you do not have filtered water (if you dont have a home water filter system you must add the baking soda) - add Epsom Salt, Sea/Himalayan salt and baking soda in a glass and fill with hot water and then pour into bath after they dissolve...you can do this ahead of time.
