Enough is Enough, Time to make our legal system and the judges who control it accountable for their actions just like everyone else in our society is made to. The police, ambulance and emergency services are scrutinised like no other, doctors and the medical fraternity are too frightened to practise their craft for fear of being sued by the blood sucking vultures the legal system thus clogging up hospital waiting lists and leaving the general public to suffer. Now Judges, magistrates and the powers that be who decide whether or not someone should be allowed to walk our streets can do so with the knowledge that if they do let these scumbags out and they reoffend then they should be held accountable for their decision and sued just like everyone else is. The judges and law makers will certainly think twice about letting someone out if they know it can come back at them. The judges that let these poor criminals out to prey on our society should be charged with assessor to the crime that is committed once they are on bail. Make the judge front the jury made up of law abiding citizens, (no lawyers, judges, religious groups or politicians) and see if the judge can convince the jury that the right decision was made. The Legal system would start acting responsibly and do what they are supposed to do and that is, decide right from wrong and enforce the laws that we are all supposed to abide by. Its not that hard “Judge”.
